How to Watch Carolina Panthers Games Online?

Thanks to Cam Newton's explosive rookie season, everyone is itching to watch the Carolina Panthers online this year. Newton's performance last season has paved the way for many rookie quarterbacks to earn a first-year starting position. The Bank of America Stadium will be packed to the brim with fans, as Ron Rivera tries to coach the Carolina Panthers to victory this season.

The Panthers share a league with the New Orleans Saints and the Atlanta Falcons, both teams capable of putting up thirty-plus points per game, in addition to facing elite teams like Chicago, Dallas, Philadelphia, and the New York Giants, in addition to the Denver Broncos and the recovering Kansas City Chiefs. The Carolina Panthers are undoubtedly going to have to work hard all season for a shot at the championship.

Last season, Cam Newton ran for 14 touchdowns and 706 yards, second only to LeSean McCoy who recorded 17 rushing touchdowns for the season. Newton also threw for 4051 yards and 21 touchdown passes, tying for 11th with Ben Roethlisberger in TDs. He was sacked slightly more than average, and threw a respectable 17 interceptions during his rookie year. If you think this was a fluke that can't be repeated, I would advise thinking again.

What might come as a surprise to most, the Carolina Panthers spend more money on running backs than any other team in the NFL. The Panthers just signed Jonathan Stewart to a five-year $36.5 million contract ($23.5 million guaranteed) which is going to keep him with the team all the way through the 2017 season. Last year, DeAngelo Williams signed a five-year contract with $21 million guaranteed, and ex-San Diego Charger Mike Tolbert signed a four-year $8.4 million deal in the offseason. Byron Bell and Brandon LaFell are the only two offensive starters with contracts that expire next year, meaning the Panthers have nine starters that are under contract through the 2014 season, including Cam Newton.

Steve Smith, Brandon LaFell, and Greg Olsen are ready to step up the passing game, with the help of left tackle Jordan Gross (signed through 2014), Pro Bowl center Ryan Kalil (2016), and rookie Amini Silatolu solidifying the left side of the line. Wide receiver Louis Murphy is looking like he could be exactly the kind of player the Panthers are in need of, with a size-speed combination unlike any player they have, assuming he can show some ball catching consistency soon - until David Gettis is fully healed from his ACL tear and hamstring injury, that is.

Ninth-round pick and rookie linebacker Luke Keuchly had four tackles and one forced fumble in his first preseason game, so there are some signs of promise in the defensive end of things. However, it is clear that the Carolina Panthers have adopted the opposite of the defense-first strategy that former coach John Fox brought with him, which should lead to a slew of high-scoring and highly entertaining sixty minutes of professional football every week. Whatever happens, rest assured Cam Newton will be leading the charge.

Enjoy this sure to be exciting season as you watch the Carolina Panthers online.
